This weekend, Houston got a taste of something new and exciting—So Poppin' Tea, a carbonated twist on classic Southern sweet tea, launched by local duo Jarrell and Tiffany. They chose the beautiful Buffalo Bayou Park for their first public tasting, and it couldn’t have been a better spot.

So Poppin' Tea is all about reimagining the traditional sweet tea by adding a fun fizz to it. Jarrell and Tiffany have poured their hearts into creating a drink that stays true to Southern roots but with a bubbly kick that’s perfect for cooling down on a hot Houston day.
